Payment Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment Approval: Payment will be approved upon satisfactory completion of the project.
  2. One-Time Correction: One round of revision is included. Additional revisions will incur a 5% fee.
  3. Payment Security: Payments made outside the creative outlook platform are not guaranteed or secure.
  4. Approval Requirement: Failure to approve payment without a valid reason may result in an alternative approval process, which will take 7 days to resolve.

By agreeing to these terms, both parties acknowledge and understand the payment structure and requirements.

Operational Terms and Conditions

  1. Service Delivery: Services will be delivered as described, with timelines and specifications outlined in the project brief.
  2. Communication: Regular updates will be provided through the platform's messaging system or agreed-upon communication channels.
  3. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services, subject to approval.
  4. Intellectual Property: Ownership of work products will transfer to the client upon full payment.
  5. Confidentiality: Both parties will maintain confidentiality regarding project details and client information.
  6. Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or mediation, with escalation procedures outlined in the agreement.
  7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to terms and conditions.
  8. Exclusive Platform Use: Any transactions or agreements made outside this platform are considered void and non-binding.
